The house itself is in move-in condition, and should have no problem with financing. All mechanical systems, roof, windows, etc., are in good shape/working order. This said, it is in need of cosmetic updating throughout. The owner's father installed a new kitchen in the finished basement area some years back, decommissioning the kitchen on the main living level. However, the old kitchen counters and cabinets in the upstairs area remain in place and look like a something out of a time capsule, with vintage yellow Formica that's now back in style. There are a total of four garage spaces, with a drive-under one-car garage in the main house, and a detached, three-car heated garage suitable for your classic car collection or a ton of ATVs, snowmobiles, or other toys. House could easily be converted into a great mother-daughter. Converting the drive-under garage could provide even more downstairs living space. There is also a pond that extends into the property from the parcels just to the north. The lot is very deep and comes with deeded hunting rights. I am told by the owner that the hunting in this area is quite good.
