Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. Pool access is allowed by season and weather. A pet fee of $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.
Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, you are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere.
This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day, and the home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal; in some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
