At Bridgeport Apartments, we have newly renovated townhomes for rent. We have furnished and unfurnished units available. All units have carpet and vinyl flooring throughout. Our unfurnished units are $795 a month with a deposit of $795. Our furnished units are $895 with a $1000 deposit. Rent includes water, trash, sewer, and pest control. Residents are to pay for their own electric and internet/cable. 1-year lease. Pets are allowed with a $350 non-refundable pet fee and a $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We ask all applicants to make 3 times the amount of rent and apply online and submit a background check. All applicants over the age of 18 pay a $39 background/credit check fee online.
