Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to ongoing maintenance. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
