About Montara Village
Thank you for your interest in Montara Village! We have two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom duplexes coming available! Our two-bedrooms are pricing at $899, three-bedrooms starting at $999+, and our four-bedrooms starting at $1275+. We currently only carry 12-month term leases.
Resident responsibilities would be all utilities (water, gas, trash and sewer).
Our community homes are budget friendly. We have Onsite Security and after-hours Emergency Maintenance!!
We are a pet friendly community! You are allowed 2 pets per unit with a 60lb. weight limit.
We are conveniently located near Home Depot Distribution, Mars Factory, Target Distribution, Walmart Distribution, and FedEx as well as Heartland Park!!
