Completely renovated in 2022-2023, The Riviera is a floor-to-ceiling makeover of the iconic Riviera Apartments, originally built in 1968. Riviera has studio apartments, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, and 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartments.
Updated with luxury finishes, these apartments feature walk-in showers, some have balconies (pool or city facing), a washer/dryer and dishwasher, a pantry for food, and an additional storage room as well.
Amenities-wise, we feature a pool and 8 open spots for covered parking (on a first come-first serve basis).
Riviera is a short drive to Highland Park, English Village, Mountain Brook Village, and Forest Park.
New residents must set up their electric accounts with Alabama Power.
