About University Edge Apartments
University Edge Off Campus Student Housing is locally owned and self-managed. We offer Studios, Studio Suites, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments as well as 2-bedroom homes.
All our properties are non-smoking and pet-free, meaning pets are not allowed.
Our locations are all within walking distance of SIU campus, the Rec Center, the School of Art and Designs Glove Factory, and the Carbondale Public Safety Center. We also have locations on the West Side of SIUC campus within walking distance of the College of Business, Lawson Hall and the Communications Building.
Amenities may include Free WiFi, Washer & Dryer in Unit, On-Site Laundry, Cable TV Ready, Free Water and Trash Pick Up, Microwave, Dishwasher, and more!
