Settlement delayed, now sellers wont take down hurricane shutters

Our settlement was delayed due to hurricane Irma. The sellers are now out of town and refuse to take down the hurricane shutters before the closing, as they are out of town. I would think it is their responsibility to remove them, your opinion? Our realtor is not being helpful.
