A home owner cannot be forced to accept section 8 tenants, as they have the right to decide the terms of their rental agreement. I would check with the respective owners you are looking to rent from or your section 8 board typically has a housing list of owners who will accept section 8 Tenants.

Thank you for your question. Investors who advertise their home (s) for rent have the right to accept or deny section 8 tenants. This is the legal right of any homeowner who seeks to rent their home. The only way to know if a homeowner who seeks to rent their property is willing to accept a section 8 tenant would be to ask the homeowner directly. Or, let me know which property you're referring to and I'll be glad to contact the owner on your behalf.
