If you are new to being a landlord I suggest you contact a property management company. Most real estate offices now have their own property management division or have a connection with a property management company. There is a lot involved in being a landlord and you will need some guidance if you are new at it. Of course there will be a fee involved but it will be money well spent. On the other hand if you are comfortable with doing it yourself a good ad on Craigslist will get you a lot of calls. You should be able to find most of the forms you need on line. And be sure to brush up on the current landlord-tenant act. I believe it is RCW59.18. Good luck with it! Let me know if I can be of help.

You must list it with Local MLS and it will populate to this, and many more sites, if Agent is enrolled in some type of listing hub arrangement
