can I break a lease if there is mold in my place? I have a dr's letter saying I have allergies to mold. Do I have to pay him last months rent?

Only a lawyer can advise you on breaking a lease. I would say though that it would be hard for a landlord to take you to court for loss rent if a home has a known mold issue. Do whatever you can to protect yourself.

only a lawyer can guide you on breaking a lease. But from a safety Issue a known mold issue would make it hard for a landlord to enforce in a court of law.
