There are many web sites available to list homes. However, consider that you'll be getting bombarded with calls from Realtors looking to list your property, as well as investors looking for a bargain. You'll have folks knocking on your door, and you'll need to open your home to total strangers. Negotiating will be emotional and distressing. Don't forget the legality of providing any potential buyer with a property disclosure report. If you're fortunate enought to find a qualified buyer willing to pay your price, you'll still need to process a contract, engage a title company, and get the contract closed. If you have not done so already, I recommend you speak with a professional Realtor and get a full understanding of what we do to market and sell your property.
