It is wonderful that you have the eligibilty to get a VA loan with 100% financing. However, lender who you apply for your VA loan with will still have credit score requirements. I recommend speaking with a lender to have them give you some guidance on what you need to do so that you will be able to repair your score and eventually purchase your own home! Best of Luck and thanks so much for your service to our country!

Contact a lcoal lender to review your credit score and advise you what, if anything, needs to be done to get your score to where you will qualify to purchase a home. They can also assist you with your VA certificate and more specifically what score you must have to use that certificate. Good luck!

Yes by all means contact a lender first to get the process rolling.

If you qualify for a VA loan that is one thing, getting it financed with a low credit score is another. Speak to a lender about your credit score, maybe you can bring it up to where it needs to be fairly soon.

I have had the pleasure to work with many first time home buyers, and would like the opportunity to share with you some great news. Today’s real estate market is one that offers many opportunities to those who have worked hard to establish a nest egg to purchase their first home. The current market offers buyers many choices to consider. These options can be confusing at times; however, I enjoy time and again advising new home buyers in this process, always negotiating the best terms to obtain the most affordable and attractive outcome possible. With so much talk and advertising about growing economic stimulus programs, I imagine you may have some questions that I could help answer whenever time permits. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience and we can review your current home buying needs. Please know that I always strive to find the best home to fit my customer’s requirements, while delivering exceptional service in order to make their move seamless and stress-free.

Your VA entitlements allow you to get a loan with little or no money down however most of the time they have credit score requirements. If you need a lender contact just let me know
