I am thinking about moving to Mount pleasant on $130K salary and approximately $500 debt per month (car/school loan). WHat are the average HOA fees?

The average fees for a full amenity oriented neighborhood that includes pool, play park, pedestrian friendly etc is around 1400 per year. Mount Pleasant has many neighborhoods where that could be less and some where it could be more. would need more specifics on what you want Tim Rogers
Depends on location but based on your salary the Average is going to be around 365.00 - 500.00 annual. I would live to help you with your search.
HOA fees depend also on the extent of the amenities that the community offers the homeowner. This way a buyer can pick and choose if they care for a golf course community or one that is minimal with no amenities such as a pool.
Average HOA Fees range from a few hundred bucks a year to no more than $1,500 a year depending upon the neighborhood you choose. If you have a preference for specific areas within Mt. Pleasant that contain HOAs or would like to steer clear of them completely I can modify a search for you based on your preferences. I've been ranked in the Top 1% of Buyers Agents in Mt. Pleasant for the past 2 years. Please contact me if you're interested in discussing your move to the area with me in greater detail. Brian Beatty
HOA fees will vary greatly depending on what neighborhood you will be purchasing a home. I would estimate on the low end $30-$40/month. High end $300-$400 month. You can message me directly at bturnerATbankscDOTcom if you have more questions. I work for a local community bank and have handled many residential mortgage transactions.
