It all depends on the property and landlord. A lot of rentals are being occupied by people coming out of short sale and foreclosure properties, they already have there appliance. Because of that, I am starting to see less properties offered with washer, dryer and fridge. Most basic appliances are included (stove, microwave, dishwasher, ect..) depending on the year the property was built. If you need fridge, washer, and dryer, it is a good idea to have your Realtor contact the listing agent or MGMT CO about including those appliances before you pay your application fee.
The majority of the time yes, they are included. If you are looking for a rental and the washer and dryer is not there, I would ask the landlord to provide you with one.
Most rental home do include all appliances. If they are not included you can ask for them when negotiating the rental agreement
Other appliances that should be considered when renting include a soft water system and reverse osmosis. The water is very hard here and most people prefer to have their water softened and drinking water filtered.
The built in Appliances usually come with the home such as dishwasher range oven and microwave. The home will rent faster at the refrigerator washer and dryer are included. I hope that helped!
