Find an agent that you trust and that "gets you", an experience real estate attorney, and a mortgage banker or broker that they recommend. If you put together a good team, you will get the job done, just like in the Army.
Hello Rasheen: I would like to help you but you did not indicate which property you are interested in viewing. It is nice that you have the 10% down payment. Before you start looking for homes, you should get a pre-approval either from your bank or a mortgage company to see what you qualify for. Interview realtors or search online for a realtor in your vicinity. Choose a realtor that you feel comfortable working with.
