Was looking at a home in Lumberton, brick, for $159,000
Would like to be updated on homes like this, as we're thinking on moving to the area. We're retired from CT.

Make sure that you get pre-approved for a mortgage prior to looking at homes unless you are a cash buyer. Then you know how much you qualify for, how much your payment will be, and gives seller more comfort in knowing you are an approved buyer.
