Hi, John- The details for the listings on this site, as far as I know, come from the MLS - the multiple listing service. You need to be a licensed agent and you need to have an MLS membership in order to post on there so I'd assume this site has similar restrictions. If you don't have an agent, there are other websites specifically for owners who are planning to sell their homes on their own.
