There are good loan officers out there that can get you pre=approved for a loan and possible 1st time buyers assistance. Once you know what amount you qualify for your realtor can help look in the area, sales prices, etc that you wish. Feel free to contact me for more information.

580 is the minimum required for FHA. Debt-to-income ratio (DTI) will also pay a big role in qualifying. Contact a mortgage loan officer to get specifics & available options.

Contact an Agent in your area and let them get you to a Loan Officer and they can tell you what you can qualify for. The Agent can also tell you what's available in your area in your price range and any other information that you would need to get you a Home.

580 is on the low side, but you might be able to find a lender that will accept a score that low. You may end up having a bit higher interest rate, but in the grand scheme of things that rate would probably still be considered low. Contact me and I can put you in touch with a residential mortgage loan officer (RMLO) that can help you with the financing part first, and then I can help you on the real estate side.
