I'm a first time home buyer and I made $110,00 last year and my credit score is 720 although I'm unable to pay a down payment is there a program?

The best way to find out what loans are available to you is to talk with a local lender. Someone you can meet with and discuss your situation. You may need to talk with a number of lenders until you find one you are comfortable working with. Call your favorite Realtor and get some recommendations. Being a first time buyer I would recommend you stay away from on line lenders. I'm sure there is a loan out there that will work for you. Good luck!

Yes! There is a State Bond program, USDA and potentially other options available for you, depending on other factors. A knowledgeable agent or lender may be able to discuss your situation more fully and recommend the best option for you. Best of luck!
