Its important to specify whether the rental is an "annual" or short-term "seasonal" rental. This will help your real estate agent in finding you what you're looking for. Find a Cape Coral REALTOR® who specializes in rentals and tell them what you're looking for. Important information to give them are the dates you'd like to occupy, number of pets, number of occupants, and your budget. Make a list of properties you'd like to view, then give them to your real estate agent as far in advance as possible, at least with 24 hour notice as arrangements must be made. A lot of annual rental properties can be found online.

Contact the listing agent of the properties you want to see. I don't know of any agents that will show rental listings unless the listing is theirs. There is no money in it except for the listing agents.
