Is it possible to find a non-HOA home in or near Henderson, NV for around $100,000? I'm planning to pay cash and was interested in moving there.
However, most of these sites don't tell you if a house is under HOA. I've heard all of the new neighborhoods around there are HOA so I'm aware that older homes and neighborhoods are where I'd need to look. I don't mind a house that needs a little work but not something that is a total overhaul. I need a single family detached house with at least 2 bedrooms and preferably a garage. Other than that, I'm open to most possibilities. Can anyone help?

Your request should be easy to accommodate as it seems you are not too picky, which under $100,000 you really can't be. Feel free to call me if you would like to get the process started and I an help you achieve your goals.
Of course. The toughest part of your request is choosing which Realtor you would like to help you. Everything that everyone else has said holds true but I can add: my goal for you is to find you the best possible house, for the least amount of money in the shortest time possible. If that works for you give me a call or send an email.
Absolutely. Contact me I will provide you with details.
Yes. I have 11 homes less than $100,000 with no HOA. Don't you just hate HOA's? They can certainly help to uphold property values but they also take away personal freedom. It is a trade off. Call me when you are ready.
Yes if you are willing to buy an older home!
As an investor I understand you wanting to pay cash for a properties, however have you considered leveraging your money with mortgages and how it will impact your taxes and net worth? LMK if you want to learn more... Aundrea
Yes it is possible most likely in old Henderson, so age and condition at this price can not be a factor.
Hello from Las Vegas . It is getting hard to find a home around the 100K range. In the older neighborhoods it may be possible to find a property with no HOA. I can set up a search and we can see what is out there. I need your contact information and your criteria to set up the search. You will receive the available properties by email and new properties will be sent in real time as they come on the market. I am here to help and look forward to talking with you. Thank You Suzie Marquardt
Hi Alicia - There are plenty of homes in Henderson without HOAs. As far as what or how much inventory is available at or below $100,000 and that meet the criteria you are looking for is a tough question to answer without knowing more about what you are looking for in a home. I'd love the opportunity to talk to you about working together to help you find what you're looking forward and to stay within the price range you are interested in. Please give me a call. Thanks, Evelyn "Theresa" Leeds REALTOR, Realty ONE Group 702.544.2952
Hi there, I certainly would like the opportunity to try to help you. Henderson has plenty of homes for sale without HOA's, but I am honestly not sure what kind of or how much inventory we will be able to find that is priced at $100,000 or less. If you would call me, I'd love to talk to you about working together to find you a home that is what you are looking for and stays as close to that $100,000 mark as we can get it.
