Currently on section 8 voucher. There was an ad listing pre-foreclosed homes that accept section 8 vouchers. Could this be true?

Hi Vancha. It is important that you review the list of section 8 before you make any final decision. Go over the lease careful so that you can note any loopholes that might arise from the execution. Please note the content is not intended to be, legal or investment advice. You should consult a licensed attorney or realtor for advice regarding your individual situation."

Yes, but if you rent this property, you might want to make sure you don't have issues with Having to Move after say 4 months? oh no? check lease agreement terms - should the house be sold. Check with the person offering it for Rent, that will be who writes the lease terms for you in your favor. Ask if the Lease term will be honored during the foreclosure, and what happens should they foreclose.

If tha was an advertisement I would disregard. You need to review the list that is provided by section 8. If it sounds too good to be true more than likely it is!!
