Where can I find a listing of houses for sale in Deleware that will accomadate horses. Rural listings preferebly

We currently live in NJ and would like somewhere not too far. We need at least 10 acres. The home doesn't need to be too big.

Hi. The quickest way of finding the rural property is to ensure that you get in touch with a realtor in the area. They should tell you which listings are available. All you have to do is give them your specifications and let them work. They should tell when an opening is available. Good luck. Please note the content is not intended to be, legal or investment advice. You should consult a licensed attorney or realtor for advice regarding your individual situation."

I most certainly can help you with that. Being married to a horseman for 35 yrs and bought and sold a few horse farms, we moved to DE in 2003 and I can certainly help you find what you need, may take a little while to find the right one, but we will.... please contact me at 302-382-985. I look forward to helping you find what you need!! (as a matter of fact, you just missed one on 12 acres w/4 stall barn, 3 paddocks w/run-in sheds and small hay field for $369,900, on market less than 30 days.)

Believe it or not, there is still acreage in New Castle County, which is the closest county to NJ. There are some great locations in Kent as well. Your best bet is to determine your price range and then determine what location you prefer, Google Earth is a great resource for that. Once you know price and location, contact an agent that is familiar with that market area and has experience with buyer representation and they can help you go from looking to moving!
