You can check Homes website for an agent in your area or the property you are interested in. I am happy to help you find what you need. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I am happy to help you find your next property.
Asking a question here is a good start. You need an agent who has experience in dealing with investors and the area to ensure you get the best opportunities. Feel free to contact me. Also, on my blog in April 2014 I provided a good list of questions to ask when looking for a Realtor.
I would be happy to help you with this. I help investors all the time. Here is some information on questions to ask when hiring a Realtor. check out my blog on April 2014 on my website for information. I am not allowed to give you the link in this forum.
A referral from a family member or a friend is a great way to find a real estate professional who can help you. Otherwise, you might check online for agents in the area where you are searching.
Hi there! Asking friends and family to refer someone to you is one great way to find a good agent. Also, there are many awesome resources online these days where you can read the profiles of agents for yourself and you can decide who you think might be the best fit for you. Enjoy the journey! Jeff
On the top of the page there is a Local Pros tab with lots of agents on there, also if there is already a home you saw on this sight you found if you click on that home there is agents names that page, & sometimes asking your friends/family for referrals is a great way to get recommendations. If you have any further questions I would love to help.
There are many ways to find an agent. The previous answer gives great advice but you can also get out and explore. Drive through neighborhoods in the area of town you want to be in and look for signs of other agents. This is a good way to get names of agents working in that area. When you interview agents I always suggest you interview 3 or more to find one that can handle your needs but also one that your personalities pair up. You want a full time agent but not one that has so many listings that they will not be able to give you the attention you need.
Hello, if you go to the upper right corner of this page you will see Local Pros. Homes has many wonderful agent who are ready to assist you. Hi There, You might want to start by viewing properties in the area you are interested in, and if an agents' name comes up multiple times in connection with that area, give them a call. Hope this helps!
good morning, the best way to find an agent is to ask friends and family for a referral. Or look at agent reviews. You want to find a full time agent that is familiar and close to the area you want to purchase. You can talk to 2 or 3 agents to see who you think would be the best fit for you. To check an agent's on line reviews you can google their name and see what comes up. I am in the south suburbs and would be happy to help you find a home.
