Good afternoon. This would depend upon which search engine you are using. Realtor dot com should synch the listing every 15 minutes or so. If you are using Zillow, Trulia, or another search engine, it may take longer to show up. Let your agent know, that you are not seeing it and "where" you are not seeing it, so they may research for you. Sometimes it is something very simple. Good luck!

Hi James, it is possible that it is a newer listing and has not been fully synchronized with many of the website, if this is the case you may want to give it a few days and try again. To help it go on various sites you can promote it through your social media. Verify that you are pulling up the address as used in the listing. I hope that you found this to be helpful.

Also, sometimes this website doesnt exactly mesh with local MLS carriers. It pulls from another feeding site called Listing Hub. If your agent is web savvy enough to obtain a log in to this site and work on the listing (back end maintenance and upgrades) it will most likely have a higher priority in the algorithm. Just a thought. Best of Luck to you!!!

Check to see if the cities match from what was imputed into the MLS to the site you are searching. Also, check if there are abbreviations. Example is lane or ln.
