My name is Jannelle my family is from Rochester New York and we are moving back to Palm Beach County in March. In need of a 3-4 bed home for my family
My family is from western NY and have lived in Florida for a total of 6-7 years. We are looking to dig our roots in Palm Beach County for good. We have a family of 6; myself and my fiance and we have 4 children 2 girls ages 13 and 6, and our 2 boys ages 8 and 3. We need 3-4 bedrooms, child friendly neighborhood is most important and good schools with at least 2 bathrooms. My school aged children attend a very good charter school up north and it is extremely important for them to be challenged academically. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Jannelle, Hope all is well with you and your family. Palm Beach County has several great schools and areas to consider but the Top 2 to consider would be Boca Raton and Wellington. If you would like me to send you additional information about those 2 areas regarding schools and neighborhood info, I would be happy to forward you anything you might need to make the decision making process easier.
Hi Jannelle. I just found your post. I also am from Rochester (Irondequoit to be exact) I know you are looking to move to Palm Beach, but if you might want to consider the SW area of Florida, please let me know. I would be happy to help you explore the area.
Hi Jannelle, Palm Beach County does have some good, highly rated Schools and also Schools with gifted programs; again, that are highly rated. If you are looking for a specific city that has Schools that are highly rated in Elementary, Middle and High School then I would probably lean towards Wellington. However it is very important that you do your due diligent as far as Schools are concerned. Also, if you folks won't be buying with cash, then I suggest you go ahead and get pre-approved a few months before you actually begin your search. Once you have been pre-approved and have an idea of what price range you are able to purchase in, then you can contact a local Realtor, prior to coming down here and begin your search for your dream home. I do hope this helps in answering your question.
