Hi Tom, If you are working with an agent Please let them know so they can help you fix the problem.

If you are using an agent you should notify them, if you are selling it yourself cancel the ad and start over, you might need to wait a week or so to do this so that the internet refreshes the information

Sorry you are having problems. If you are selling using an agent, perhaps you can type up a new description. If it's a situation that you are doing a FSBO you may want to start anew. Starting anew will give it a facelift and you the opportunity to enter the correct information and hopefully it will save. this is not a solicitation if you are working with an agent. EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. Thank you,

If you are selling your home with the assistance of a real estate professional, tell your agent it is appearing incorrectly and they can update it for you. If selling FSBO you will not be able to make any changes since this site is "fed" by local MLS. Hopefully you have an agent. No, not to run any ol' kinda ad for your house. You hire an agent for the hard part: pricing, staging, proper disclosure, methods to finance, etc...AND...what happens "after" you find a buyer. Advertising is the easy part :) Good luck!
