Paul, There are so many great answers here! If you know how to use Google best thing to do is pull a list of homes that you and your family desire, then either (a) use Goolge Earh or (b) use Google maps to check out the proximity that building/home is to the lake and ocean. Once you have determined this, think about price that best suits your needs and you'll narrow down your search dramatically. Good luck!

Hi Paul. The specified price is a good start. However, the property depends on the location. For example, Miami Beach, prices are much much higher for a House or Townhouse. However, you can locate a fairly decent condo for this price. Should you have any other questions please feel free to reach out.

You probably can get a small home with lake views, depending where you buy, the more south you go the better are your changes, but anything closer to Coral Gables, Miami downtown/brickell, or Midtown will be much more than that.
