why are you showing old estimate value when I have updated this site. My home is worth well over 200K. Just take a look at Realtor.com.

I'm not an employee of this website, but like all home sites, they use a proprietary algorithm to determine what price to display, and like other home sites, homeowners aren't usually happy with what they see. I can see your home on the site you mentioned and can also see the comment that the price shown is more expensive than other nearby properties. That comparable data is the data agents will look at when pricing your home to sell and when bringing buyers that want to offer. The best way to find a value for your home to to have an appraisal. You can see more about how this site determines prices by clicking on Home Values at the top of the screen.
