Find a full time agent that is best suited to show you a property on your time schedule.
Hi Laura- Have you found agent assistance? If not, please give me a call - 972-333-4550. I would love to assist you - one agent (me) to show you homes in Arlington and the surrounding area on Saturdays or whenever you might be available. It is too much legwork for a buyer to find homes on sale, make their own appointments and then when you find a home you want a write a contract on, never leverage the listing agent on your preferred home. You need your own agent in your own pocket! Would be glad to assist you. Finding a new home is an exciting time! Enjoy!!
I am happy to help you find your next home whether it is to buy or rent. I work 7 days a week. I can also help you by recommending some amazing loan officers. Please feel free to contact me via email, text or call me.
Call a real estate office and find a buyer's agent to represent you. They'll get you into the houses, be responsive to you as their client (versus a stranger on the phone) and they'll represent you in your purchase.
I would love to help you find a home and I'm happy to work on Saturday or even Sunday. I try and work around my client's schedule to make the buying process as smooth as possible. Please feel free to call, text or email me if you have any questions. Lori Hankins
Sometimes an agent won't be responsive if the house is a lower price. Not all of us are that way, but it does happen. Are you pre-approved to buy a house. That is another reason an agent might not be responsive. I always try to help a buyer no matter the the price, as long as they are pre-approved and ready to buy.
Hi Laura, I would love to assist you. We can begin immediately. I was voted Honorable mention best agent 2016 by the cities of Pasadena, Deer Park and La Porte, I will be there for you, please contact me directly to begin.

I can refer you to several realtors that specialize in Arlington , who I consider the best of the best.
Hi Laura, We can all show properties that are in our MLS (Multiple Listing Service) so you can actually work with just one agent. If you would like to reach out to me I have availability to show on Saturdays. I am with RE/MAX Pinnacle Group in Arlington.
I hope you have found a realtor to assist you, by asking here. If not please notify one of the agents who have offered to assist in finding you an agent. Sign an agency agreement, to ensure that agent that you are only going to work with them... There's no need to contact another agent after that point. Best of luck to you!!
You should start by finding a realtor to represent you. This should be inclusive of you signing a Buyer Representation Agreement. This way, you have someone looking out for your best interest and not the best interest of the seller.
Hello Laura The buyer representation agreement is very important However, find someone you feel conformable with. Someone that would explain the process and will guide and protect you every step of the way. As realtor I work when my customer is ready. Which is about usually, about 85% of the time weekend and evening. If your in Houston let me know if I can help
Hi Laura I'm sorry you're having trouble. The only way to truly ensure that a realtor is working for you and you only is to have a signed Buyer's Representation Agreement. Without that signed agreement technically the agent that you think is representing you is really representing the seller of the property. A buyer's representation agreement protects you as well as gives the real estate agent the legal authority to represent you in the purchase of a property. Feel free to give me a call I'll be more than happy to help you out.
Sorry you're having so much trouble... You really need a buyer's agent. They can show you anyone's listings no matter whose sign is in the yard, and they'll look out for your best interest instead of the sellers. The seller usually pays their fee too. If you're looking in the S DFW area, I have an opening. Give me a call or text. Jennifer Ryan (Jenn)

Work with only one REALTOR who can represent you exclusively. That REALTOR will set up appointments for you to look at property that meet your needs. Saturday appointment are not uncommon so when working with an exclusive agent that you pick they can be assured of finding the right home.
Laura, any real estate professional in your area should be able to help you with those homes. You don't necessarily need to contact each realtor to set up an appointment. Please find a realtor in your area who's willing to work with you based on your availability and readily available to answer your questions. She/he will be able to set up showings for all the homes you picked and show them all together. You will only need to communicate with that one realtor who will be representing you. Good luck finding your next home!
Laura, please give me a call at (817) 608-7237. My name is Meaghan and I am on The Mark Cabal Team with Keller Williams Realty here in Arlington. We work for our clients 7 days a week. I would love to help you!
