Is the listing agent supposed to tell owner a higher offer is available from 1st offer people after the owner accepted 2nd lower offer?

Listing agent did not inform property owners of a higher offer that would be coming if the owners accepted another offer. Nor did she call people who had a higher offer that a owner will take lower offer if higher offer wasn't coming

Do you know how many times I have heard the offer is coming? Besides the offer would come after they accept another offer just makes no sense to me, who does that?

The owner deserves to be told all pertinent facts. Let the owner make his own decision after consuting with his real estate attorney.

Why would they only put a higher offer in if the seller accepted another offer? Once an offer is accepted it is to late to put an offer in. Just because someone keeps saying an offer is coming means nothing. We tell the owners offers are coming and they do not come we are caught with our pants down. You must get your offer in, that simple.
