I am closing on a home May 3rd. Offer was accepted March 26th. It's a FHA. Inspection, appraisal are good. When do I start packing?

I'm still waiting for my final approval, but my loan officer ensures me that I have nothing to worry about. He told me "he wouldn't have sent me home shopping if we couldn't get the deal done." Should I be worried about not being approved??? I have NO DEBT. NO COLLECTIONS. NO CAR PAYMENTS. NO CREDIT CARD DEBT.
I've had a steady job for almost 2 years.

Congratulations!!. Keep in mind that until you get "clear to close" lender can ask for more supporting docs. Do not make any purchases that could affect your credit until after you close & receive the keys.

Well, as long as you haven't made any major purchase IE car, boat or anything else that would report to the credit bureaus every month, you should be good to go. Final loan approval wont actually come until you get a "clear to close" but if what your saying is all accurate, PACK YOUR BAGS, your good to go! Congrats!

Provided you have not done anything to affect your credit score since your application you should be fine! Pack away!
