Call who ever listed the home for sale. Also speak to their broker. This is a process, it may not be easy.

You will have to call the website where the picture of your home is on and ask to locate the agent who post it up.

Unfortunately with the internet you will have difficulty removing the pictures. My recommendation is to flood the market with really great pictures of the property, your agent can or should be able to do this for you and you should double check he quality of the pictures before you allow them to be posted.

All you need to do is contact the listing agent or the person that listed the property FSBO (for sale by owner)

I see this home recently sold. Looks like it was for sale by owner. Weather it was sold by owner or an agent, they simply need to update &/or remove from all sites that had this listing.
