Not automatically. Your Realtor will have to make sure the listing gets exposure on all major websites.

These are great questions to ask when interviewing a potential realtor. In addition, a detailed marketing plan to include a pricing structure. Best Wishes for quick sale at maximum value price.

Only if your realtor's broker allows the data to be shared with that particular site through the IDX (Internet Data Exchange). If they do, it should be there within a day or two.

I'm sure your realtor will make sure it is. It may take a couple days to populate. You can also ask you Realtor.

It depends. First of all, you would have to mark the box in the listing that says that you authorize your agent to list the house in the mls, and that you authorize the listing to go online and for the public to post comments. Also, your realtor has to be a subscriber of your local board, and he has to have an IDX feed of the mls information to his website. As far as the specific website you mentioned, not all brokerages have the same presence on zillow, trulia, etc. Make sure to ask that question to the realtors that you plan to interview to list your house for sale. I'm sure they will all be happy to explain their marketing plan for your home, and in which websites your listing will be featured. Best wishes for a quick sale!

Yes, I'm sure your realtor will make sure it is. You can always ask your realtor about it if you can't find it. Should be able to find your home listing with no problem.

Yes, absolutely. As soon as your realtor activates your listing on the MLS it will be advertised on the mayor web sites.

Michael, Most likely, like others have mentioned their local board gives them the ability to feed through major networks including this site.

Yes. It will be listed on all the major real estate sites and the local MLS feed. In some cases, if the realtor is in more than one local MLS it will be listed in multiple MLSs. Gives the listing more coverage. If you want more information, feel free to contact me.
