You cant. The MLS is for realtors listings. There may be some flat rate or entry only services that may be able to help you. Just remember you get what you pay for.

There are several companies that can get your home on the MLS for a flat fee. I haven't worked with any of them specifically, so I hesitate to recommend one in particular - you can google for contact info. Offering the co-op commission will help sell your home. This will allow buyer's agents to see your property and show to their interested buyers. Since you don't have list agent, you would, or course, be responsible for advertising, photos, providing access to the home, negotiating a contract, arranging inspections/appraisals, etc. Hope it works out for you. If you decide you want to use a list agent, feel free to contact me, I am a Re/Max agent in the Chicagoland south suburbs.
