Why is there a foreclosure listed on this sight but my realtor cant find it.

I see a 5 bed 5 bath 3800 square foot home in foreclosure and my realtor stated that she checked all her listing and it cant be found.

Many of the search engine websites are not real time. They leave forclosures and REOs to attract leads.

What you are seeing is probably not up-to-date. Many of the data bases at home search websites (Zillow, Realtor_com and Homes_com) are not very up-to-date. And, of course, they don't have accurate selling prices as Idaho is a non-disclosure state. The bottom line is that there are two short-sales on the MLS at this time, a 2/2 1044 sqft and a 3/2, 2772 sqft. There are three REOs on the MLS at this time, a 4/2 1856 sqft, a 4/3 3049 sqft and a 6/3.5 4965 sqft.

it's probably listed in a different MLS than she has access to
