I’m Yolanda Brown, proudly known as The Powerhouse Realtor, with over five years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry. I’ve been a licensed realtor since April 2019, and my background as a surgical coordinator at Mercy Medical Center has shaped my approach to real estate—allowing me to bring care, compassion, and precision to every transaction.

Real estate is more than a career for me—it’s my passion and purpose. In addition to being a realtor, I am also an investor, mentor, real estate consultant, and motivational speaker. I proudly served on the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® Equal Opportunity Committee from 2020 to 2024, advocating for fair housing and equal access to homeownership. In 2024, I also served as the Treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors® in Prince George’s County, reinforcing my commitment to leadership, education, and community empowerment.
