Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2005 in Victor, NY. Alan Wood has helped us buy and sell 3 homes including a nightmare of a short sale/foreclosure that we were about to give up on. Alan's team would not give up, however, and somehow got it to close on time and saved us another 10k off the already reduced price. I have recommended and will continue to recommend him and his team to other people looking to buy or sell. -----From Zillow, channan12 on 07/15/2014

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $125K in Victor, NY. John was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing my first home. He was easy to be in touch with and answered every question I had. His professionalism was outstanding, but what I enjoyed the most about working with him was the genuine care he provided. You can tell his heart is in what he does and I really appreciated that. Highly recommended!! ---- From Zillow, nicoleeatherly on 05/31/2016

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 1998 for approximately $100K in Webster, NY. I have used Alan in the past and will use him when I sell again. He is very professional but I also consider him a friend. I would recommend Alan for great service. Sincerely Dan Benedetto ----- From Zillow, danko56 on 07/23/2014
