Alfredo Mejia

Alfredo Mejia has extensive real estate acquisition and disposition experience throughout the greater Los Angeles area, in particular in the commercial market. Most recently, his experience has included providing real estate disposition and property management services to a group of private clients in California.

Alfredo Mejia began his real estate career in 2002 after a successful career managing the Duarte location of a family owned Mexican restaurant operation. He co-founded CIBA Real Estate in 2004 and focuses on acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties.

In 2007 CIBA Property Management was created to facilitate the needs of commercial and industrial clients. CIBA manages properties from the San Fernando Valley into the San Gabriel Valley. They offer a suite of commercial real estate services for our clients to meet their needs.

CIBA Real Estate works to create value through relationships and proactive dissemination of information to developers, retailers and end user.
