Allison Lutich

Allison is a licensed associate with Yellowtail Realty Advisors LLC, specializing in selling and leasing multi-family commercial real estate. She received her real estate license in 2015 and has been leasing single and multifamily investment properties since. She specializes in finding real estate properties and increasing value through renovations and tenant placement.
Allison received her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Marketing at Florida State University, she then continued her education at Stetson Law School where she received her JD and MBA.
In her spare time she enjoys going on the boat with her dogs during the summer and snowboarding in Colorado in the winter. Allison is a Tampa Bay native who is actively involved in the community. She currently is working with the Joy of Giving to provide Christmas gifts to 10,000 children in the Tampa area. She is very passionate about helping others find solutions and always puts her clients needs first.
