About Alvaro
I grew up in South America, after graduating with a degree in Architecture, I found my first job in Miami with RVL Architects in 2000.
During my 4 years working for this well know and established architecture office, I had the opportunity to work with developers and different real estate companies collaborating with the design and different aspects for a desirable product to hit the market. I learned many things that helped me have a better understanding of what truly is real estate business.
In 2004 I decided to get my real estate license and marry it with my knowledge in architecture.
My first steps in real estate was working with my circle of influences and real estate developers for residential projects as; 900 Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami, Pallazo del Sol in Fisher Island, Trump Ocean Club as a sales manager (Panamá), and last Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami.
Along the way, I also dedicate my time to locals and foreign clients investors from many nationalities.
My success is based on protecting my clientele assets and making sure I continue to deliver the highest results in every transaction.
I am an excellent communicator and I always keep my clients in the loop by providing local comprehensive market analysis, knowledge of local neighborhoods, new developments, and finding creative marketing strategies.
My goal is always to be the number one source of information for my clients, a promise that I make sure to deliver on.
