Atanas arranged a bunch of viewings for me earlier this year and even though I ended up not buying anything (due to personal reasons) based on my experience of interacting with him I would definitely highly recommend him and use his services again when the right time comes. He’s highly knowledgeable, professional, understanding, patient and also a genuine, personable guy all around. What impressed me the most however was how honest and straightforward he was and how sound and real his advice and opinions were, he made me feel like I could trust him. I’ve seen a fair deal of realtors over the years and I know that honesty is in short supply in that highly competitive field so in that respect I thought Atanas was pretty exceptional. Definitely 5 stars
