Anytime you ask someone about buying a home they always huff and give you a look. Everyone that has gone through the process knows how extremely stressful, overwhelming and time consuming it can be! We are a young couple and this was our first time buying a property so we were super nervous, but to be honest, this is probably one of the easiest “adulting” things we have ever done! Not only was it easy but we couldn’t believe how smooth and quick the whole process was!! It being our first time, we had questions about every little thing and she always answered us back right away and in thorough detail so we could easily understand each step. I cannot say enough how choosing the right realtor makes all the difference in this exciting time! But I am SO happy we chose Bailey! She’s funny, down to earth, and knows her stuff!!! My husband and I used Bailey for the purchase of our first home and truly enjoyed working with her! She was so patient and helpful as we dealt with new build construction and delays. On the day of close, she addressed items with the builder immediately to make sure we would be good to close in time! Bailey did a fantastic job from start to finish! Every house we looked at she went above and beyond to find out the details on the house. I’m a firefighter and work 24 hours and my wife works nights at the hospital so you’d think it would have been hard to schedule house viewings, but not for Bailey she worked with our schedule. Anytime we had a question about anything she was quick to respond. Bailey made this experience super easy! I will definitely refer my friends to her for their home buying!

Bailey was our agent for the sell of our home and purchase of our new home. She actually listened, she was proactive in addressing things she knew would be important to our best interest and she was very responsive when we had questions, but most importantly she was HONEST. We had 3 realtors in our back pocket before deciding what we would do real estate wise- Bailey jumped in front of everyone when she gave her honest opinion about a potential investment that she felt would not be worth it. She put her paycheck aside for our best interest. We ultimately didn’t buy that house & we are so grateful for her guidance because of her honesty we landed our dream home and ended up selling our first home well over ask- in less than 24 hours. I was a woman on a mission...time was ticking because I did not want to renew my apartment lease. I knew what I wanted, but I was open to direction and needed guidance I could trust.
Bailey listened to what I needed, what my budget was, what my concerns were and we worked together.
We aggressively viewed building options, homes on the market, and a built move-in ready home.
Within three weeks, we viewed these houses, put an offer in, got the accepted offer, put the deposit down, got the inspections done and underwriting approved. Yes, within three weeks we did this! 🙂🙃
