Bashir has been great! I live outside of California and was looking to invest in commercial real estate in California. He has been extremely helpful in showing investment properties with good CAP rates. He does not pressure you into putting an offer in--he offers guidance and experience that helps you to make your decision. Bashir has been very helpful in preparing my business for sale. I have a couple of liquor stores and some vacant lands that I want to sell and invest into a gas station, probably with a car wash. I took my businesses for granted for all these years, but Bashir quickly noticed the areas that needed immediate attention before introducing any buyers. I believe his advice improved the value of my properties by quite a bit. I never expected something like this from a real estate agent. I always thought that they are only interested in getting the listing, but Bashir is helping me sell for more than what I was expecting, in one case, a lot more than what I was expecting.
