I've been working with Bijan in order to find a suitable home for my Parents. While we're still in the search process, I've been extremely happy with Bijan's patience, cultural sensitivity to our needs, availability for advice, and the time he takes to explain the pros & cons of various scenarios. The years of experience that EMC Realty offers both in terms of helping us find and to fund the right property is very unique. We don't have to be concerned about being punted to a separate loan agent since Bijan personally handles all of our needs efficiently and with great care!
