I truly thought that buying a house in DC as a first-timer would have been a frightening and anxiety inducing experience, but that is not at all what I experienced with Broderick. He went above and beyond to answers questions, affirm my fears and hesitations, and make me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. From understanding the style and type of home I was looking for, to be having strong and reliable insight to neighborhoods in DC, I know that I made the right choice working with him. I am so pleased with the home I found, and cannot wait for the memories I will make here. In addition to finding a house in my price range, and negotiating with the seller on my behalf, I was able to find a house that was appraised more than 50k over the purchase price within the city.
