Camilla Smoak

A native Charlottean, Camilla was raised in the South Park area and returned in 2014 after spending nearly a decade in New York. Her familiarity with the Queen City - and with the growth and opportunities in real estate in particular - is deep rooted. Prior to obtaining her brokerage license, Camilla assembled an investment portfolio of local rental properties, and has worked extensively on design, aesthetics, and marketing aspects of numerous "fix and flip" and new construction projects in the central Charlotte area.

Prior to joining Helen Adams Realty in 2020, Camilla worked in human resource management for several firms in the financial services industry, including a prominent hedge fund in Manhattan and, most recently, a national mortgage and lender services company. Her skills as an active listener and solutions-oriented negotiator, combined with her eye for value and attentiveness to detail, make her an ideal partner to guide a variety of market participants - from first-time buyers to families new to Charlotte, to empty-nesters looking to downsize, and all those in between.
