The reason I chose Carl as my agent was because she sold my first property in a week twelve years ago. My expectations were for someone to guide me through every aspect of the process. Carol impressed me so much after this first sale, my expectations of her have always been high. She has always exceeded my expectations. Carol has always been very patient with my many questions and impresses me with her knowledge of the market and real estate industry. She makes herself available even after the closing for anything I might need. I tell my friends, "If you want to get it done right, you should work with Carol. She won't disappoint you."Kimberly CarterCarol was recommended to me by my realtor in NY. Her expertise in the area and schools was a tremendous help as I was re-locating my family to the Atlanta area. Carol understood our needs and worked tirelessly in helping us find the perfect neighborhood and home in a great school district. Her compassion and genuine personality was a great fit with my family and we consider her a close friend to this day. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone and everyone.Al RondonWe chose to work with Carol in finding our new home in East Cobb because we were looking for a realtor who had experience with short sales and foreclosures. This was the first time we were looking to purchase a resale and we really didn't know what to expect with the market being in the state it is in. Carol was easy to reach when we needed to contact her, and she set up a website for us to view homes that met our search criteria, which made it very easy for us look at homes and let her know when we found homes we wanted to go see. She was also very flexible with meeting with us and being available (even in the late evening) when we had questions. Working through the process to buy a foreclosure turned out to be pretty simple and almost without any delays! We had a great experience working with Carol!Beth Williams

There are some fees attached in full disclosure but you will get screened applicants. Your other options would be social media or the newspaper. Hope that helps Caro Carol Moson RE/MAX Greater Atlanta 678-784-4289Answered: Oct 21, 2017Hi Cynthia Unfortunately we would not usually have access to someone looking to rent space in their home. Sorry CarolAnswered: Sep 9, 2017Hard to answer definitively without knowing what your floorplan is. If it essentially becomes a sitting room/bonus room to the bedroom perhaps but if it becomes an awkward access to the master then I would say it probably will not add valueAnswered: Sep 9, 2017If you qualify for the mortgage you may be able to do that. I'm not sure what your agreement is but if you are both on title you may need to get him to deed the title to you.Answered: Sep 9, 2017There is no address associated with your request so I'm not sure which listing you would like to see.Answered: Sep 9, 2017In answer to: How can I put my home foe sale by owner on your website?Sorry but we do not have by owner listings. If you would like the assistance of a professional Realtor I am happy to assist you.Answered: Aug 15, 2017Hi Larry - It depends on the situation but normally lenders do not like money just given to the buyer. You can offer to pay some closing costs. Hope that helps. CarolAnswered: Jul 2, 2012The first thing to do is to be qualified by a lender so you know how much you can afford. If you have an amount for a monthly payment you are comfortable with, you can let the lender know that and they should be able to tell you how much house you can afford based o the payment you want. Once you have that information you should consult a Realtor who can help you see what you can buy in the area(s) you are interested in. Please let us know if we can help
