As a former principal with 35 years of experience in the financial services industry serving major banking, insurance and hedge fund clients in the capital markets; he has worked with issuers, legal firms, accountants and lenders within specific areas of structure and validation.

Bruce attended the University of Denver, Colorado where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and currently resides in Charlottesville, VA and El Cid, Florida
